β-拉帕醌(β-lapachone}化學名為3,4-二氫-2,2-二甲基-2H-萘并[1,2-b]-吡喃-5,6-二酮，屬于1,2-萘醌類，最初是從產自中南美洲的天然產物 Tabe-buia avellanedae中分離得到的[1]。廣泛的生物活性，包括抗細菌、抗真菌、殺錐蟲、抗銀屑病、消炎和抗腫瘤等[2] 。究結果表明，它對多種腫瘤細胞均顯示出很好的抑制活性[3-4] ，且量時可以作為腫瘤細胞的放射增敏劑使用[5]。β-拉帕醌作為一種細胞凋亡激動劑已進人n期臨床研究。
